Using high frequency power conversion technology, this "smart", microprocessor controlled charger features built-in battery reconditioning, built-in digital diagnostics, automatic temperature compensation and battery type selection. It compensates for low AC power when an extension cord is used. Alternator and battery voltage check. For safety, there's a reverse polarity indicator and reverse polarity and internal short circuit protection. Cables and clamps are self storing. High frequency 3-stage switch mode and automatic rapid charging.
