Insert tie-down into stake hole and turn 5/16"eyebolt to expand heavy-duty rubber grommet (unexpanded size is approx. 1-3/4" H x 2" W x 1-1/4"D). Chrome-plated zinc alloy resists rust, corrosion. Plate has underliner?won't mar finish. Removes after job is done.
